Parisian Boudin Blanc with Shallot Butter and Cress

Grapefruit, Shiitake, and Avocado Salad

Fume Blanc
Black Walnut & Potato Dumpling

Crianza Rioja
Smoked Turkey Braised in Red Wine
with Eucalyptus & served with Grits

Tallegio Cheese with Forest Fruit Gastrique
